Ariane Almeda
Ariane has over a decade of experience working in multinational corporations and with global professionals. She helped establish teams in Asia and led teams in Europe for a multinational Dutch company before becoming a professional trainer. She is a Culture Consultant as well as a lecturer at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where she specializes in Organization Science and Cultural Intelligence for Business Management. She is originally from the Philippines, has lived in Singapore, and has been in the Netherlands since 2012.

Marco Hoekstra
Marco is a Dutchman with Indonesian lineage. He has worked with international professionals for over two decades. He has also established offices in West Europe and China. As an international professional, Marco understands the importance of equipping oneself with local culture knowledge in order to successfully expand a business and work with local employees. He currently facilitates knowledge sharing by building and enabling learning communities in addition to being a Culture Coach and Consultant.
